Requirements:
Proven experience in a receptionist, call-handling, or high-volume customer service role. Exceptional spoken English with a clear, professional, soft, or neutral accent. Strong communication and active listening skills. Ability and comfort to work standard UK hours (Monday–Friday) from your remote location.
Responsibilities:
