Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related business discipline. Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on accounting experience. Experience in invoicing, project accounting, reconciliations, and month-end tasks. Strong understanding of Australian payroll practices and GST (preferred). Xero mandatory experience. Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formula nesting, data cleaning). Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. High accuracy, strong attention to detail, and proactive follow-through. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and managing end-to-end accounting tasks independently. Confident with Excel and adaptable to learning new systems quickly. High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work with minimal supervision.
