Requirements:
Graduate of Finance, Accounting, or Business-related degree. 3+ years of hands-on experience in Australian accounting. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with accounting tools such as Xero, MYOB, and Pronto is preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to collaborate well and maintain positive working relationships.
Responsibilities:
Record and allocate customer payments. Prepare aged receivables reports. Collect and organize supplier invoices for payment runs. Process authorized supplier payments and record expenses. Reconcile all bank accounts weekly and monthly. Reconcile loan accounts quarterly. Maintain accurate employee records for payroll. Process payroll, prepare ABA files, and distribute pay advices. Track employee leave accruals. Reconcile PAYG and process superannuation payments. Prepare year-end payment summaries and lodge with ATO. Carry out additional tasks assigned by management.
