Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; a graduate degree is preferred. 12+ years of experience in data and analytics leadership, strategy, governance, or executive-level advisory roles. Deep expertise in data and analytics operating models, governance frameworks, organizational maturity, and measurement. Strong understanding of the impact of AI on data governance, risk, compliance, and enterprise decision-making. Proven executive presence with the ability to quickly establish credibility with senior stakeholders. Exceptional research, writing, analytical, and presentation skills. Strong business and financial acumen with a global perspective. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a highly matrixed, international environment. Willingness to travel up to 25 percent.
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a research portfolio focused on data analytics governance, risk, compliance, cybersecurity intersections, and AI-driven transformation. Produce high-impact, thought-provoking research and insights. Advise clients through virtual and in-person engagements. Analyze market trends, disruptions, and emerging practices. Present insights at conferences, client briefings, and executive forums. Collaborate with peers to shape research agendas. Support commercial teams by acting as a voice of the market. Mentor and coach junior analysts.
