Requirements:
Customer Success Manager experience at a highly technical product. Deep technical fluency in software development workflows, CI/CD pipelines, engineering metrics, and project management tools. Experience working with enterprise customers (Fortune 1000, complex organizations). Strong program/project management skills. Highest English fluency, written and oral. Self-directed and autonomous. Comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch.
Responsibilities:
Own customer relationships with Fortune 1000 engineering organizations. Drive product adoption by understanding customer engineering workflows. Run implementation programs with multiple stakeholders. Collect and synthesize product feedback. Create customer-facing resources. Build trust through technical credibility. Run the Customer Success PMO. Track all customer opportunities. Coordinate follow-ups from customer meetings. Establish scalable processes for Customer Success. Craft customer communications and manage outreach.
