Program Analyst (Biomedical Research)

Bachelor's degree in science, health, healthcare or related area. 4+ years of professional experience in related biomedical or public health field. Electronic database and spreadsheet experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, analytical, and time management skills. Highly efficient and extremely detail oriented. Ability to work independently. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office productivity software and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint. Master’s degree in a biomedical-related field (preferred). Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (preferred). Experience with Power Apps building dashboards (preferred). Basic knowledge of AI tools (preferred).

Collect, clean, and organize program and biomedical research output/outcome data for analysis. Analyze datasets including IP data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Create clear data visualizations, summaries, and briefing materials for scientific and military audiences. Track and manage data-related tasks and deliverables. Document data sources, methods, and outputs for transparency. Provide meeting support, including agendas, materials, and action tracking. Develop and maintain tools and templates for standardized data management. Respond to data requests and monitor centralized communications. Conduct quality checks on datasets and reports. Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify data needs and priorities.
