Bachelor’s degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience in research, evaluation, or data analysis. OR High school diploma or GED with 8–10 years of directly related experience. Demonstrated experience with data collection, management, and analysis methods. Proficiency with research and statistical tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, R, or Python). Familiarity with survey software or qualitative analysis tools. Strong skills in report writing, data visualization, and presentation of findings. Exceptional attention to detail and organization. Ability to interpret complex information and provide clear insights. Familiarity with SSA, federal reporting, and privacy/confidentiality requirements preferred. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proven capability to manage multiple projects and work independently or as part of a team. Commitment to upholding ethical standards.
