NCCER Master Trainer certification Knowledge of Construction pre-apprenticeship to apprenticeship models, certifications, and licensing Experience with industry-recognized certifications and credentials Familiarity with trade unions, career technical education, vocational schools, and workforce initiatives Deep knowledge of and/or experience delivering the three Department of Labor approved Construction Certifications (NCCER, HBI, and MC3) Minimum of five years' continuous experience in construction training, trade, or equivalent (preferred) Experience managing and implementing the YouthBuild construction component (preferred) OSHA 510/500 Construction Industry Outreach Certified Trainer (preferred) Demonstrated strong relationship management, effective decision-making, presentation, verbal and written communication skills Entrepreneurial, resourceful, and committed to YouthBuild Global’s mission Technical skills including MS Office Suite, database management, and project management Ability to travel up to 25% of the time Ability to push, pull, and carry items weighing <20 lbs (infrequently)
