Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Proven experience in coordinating construction crews or managing building maintenance in the US. Strong ability to read blueprints, estimate costs, and manage work schedules. In-depth knowledge of building materials, architectural finishes, and structural waterproofing. Professional ability to coordinate effectively between residents, management, and field workers. Strong capacity to diagnose structural pathologies and propose technical solutions. Ability to lead and supervise multiple specialized contractors on-site.

Plan and oversee repair projects including masonry, painting, waterproofing, and structural upkeep. Perform technical inspections to identify and prioritize defects. Select and manage specialized contractors to ensure work meets technical specifications and safety codes. Organize workflow for daily repair requests to ensure efficient completion. Estimate material needs and manage technical approval of suppliers. Maintain records of structural interventions and warranties.
