Requirements:

• Possess 2-5 years as a construction software consultant with multiple implementations, or 5+ years as a Power User.
• Prior experience with Acumatica construction application or similar solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of construction domain and business practices.
• Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
• Understand accounting and project management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Strategically guide clients through the software implementation process.
• Deliver informative, insightful, and engaging training.
• Provide timely, outstanding post-implementation service and support.
• Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to identify client requirements.
• Produce professional documentation and create Statements of Work (SOW).
• Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, and UAT testing.
• Provide guidance to internal and client implementation teams.
• May assist in business development activities.
• Respond to support calls and resolve issues promptly.
