Requirements
- Possess 2-5 years as a construction software consultant with multiple implementations, or 5+ years as a Power User.
- Prior experience with Acumatica construction application or similar solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of construction domain and business practices.
- Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
- Understand accounting and project management principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Strategically guide clients through the software implementation process.
- Deliver informative, insightful, and engaging training.
- Provide timely, outstanding post-implementation service and support.
- Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to identify client requirements.
- Produce professional documentation and create Statements of Work (SOW).
- Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, and UAT testing.
- Provide guidance to internal and client implementation teams.
- May assist in business development activities.
- Respond to support calls and resolve issues promptly.
