Requirements:
Possess 2-5 years as a construction software consultant with multiple implementations, or 5+ years as a Power User. Prior experience with Acumatica construction application or similar solutions. Bachelor’s degree preferred. In-depth knowledge of construction domain and business practices. Experience with project scoping, planning, requirements gathering, and business process mapping. Understand accounting and project management principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools. Willingness to travel as needed.
Responsibilities:
Strategically guide clients through the software implementation process. Deliver informative, insightful, and engaging training. Provide timely, outstanding post-implementation service and support. Conduct in-depth discovery meetings to identify client requirements. Produce professional documentation and create Statements of Work (SOW). Perform project scoping, planning, business process mapping, and UAT testing. Provide guidance to internal and client implementation teams. May assist in business development activities. Respond to support calls and resolve issues promptly.
