Requirements:
5+ years experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst. Strong hands-on experience with SQL, dbt, and Looker. Excellent communication skills to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences. Ability to take initiative, ownership, and work independently. High attention to detail, especially with reconciliation and financial logic. Experience working with Finance stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, Payments, Revenue Ops). Experience with GitHub/version control.
Responsibilities:
Partner with Finance and Payments teams to build and maintain metrics, models, and dashboards for financial reporting. Own end-to-end analysis from business questions to sharing insights. Develop and optimize Looker dashboards for financial planning, revenue analysis, and transaction reporting. Maintain and evolve dbt financial data models. Troubleshoot data quality issues and ensure trusted datasets. Translate business needs into technical solutions for ambiguous requirements. Support data architecture modernization with best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional partners.
