Administer compensation structure and job architecture Partner with HRBPs, recruiters, and managers on compensation solutions Lead annual compensation cycle planning and execution Lead calculation and processing of annual bonus payments Provide analysis and support for merit and bonus budgeting Support annual and off-cycle equity grant processes Provide compensation guidance for promotions, retentions, and ad-hoc adjustments Conduct benchmarking and research, including salary survey participation and market pricing Assist with U.S. and international equity plan administration Serve as primary liaison with external providers and internal partners Prepare E*Trade reports and perform reconciliations Administer ESPP enrollment events and manage documentation Identify opportunities to use AI to improve efficiency Support development and maintenance of compensation policies, processes, and compliance Prepare and reconcile monthly, quarterly, and annual reports Participate in or lead other projects as needed
