Proven track record of successful research execution within large-scale product ecosystems. Demonstrated ability to independently lead research projects from inception to completion. Strong ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Extensive experience designing and executing qualitative research studies. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and balance competing priorities.

Partner with researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to identify, define, and deliver impactful products for GENAI initiatives. Develop and execute comprehensive research roadmaps. Lead and manage research studies across all phases of the product development cycle. Influence product strategy, execution, and go-to-market planning. Oversee and coordinate with external research vendors. Facilitate rapid feedback loops on GENAI prototypes.
