Requirements:
3+ years of experience on sales/revenue operations teams Comfortable navigating multiple, shifting priorities in a hyper-growth environment Experience with sales process, funnel, forecasting, pipeline management, etc. Preferred 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and SFDC reporting Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, HEX, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders A desire to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
Act as a trusted advisor to the Sales Leadership Team on global business and operational needs. Design, create, and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards for sales performance and revenue metrics. Execute prioritized projects for EMEA sales leaders, identifying high-impact opportunities and delivering solutions. Identify improvements for sales teams via process or system enhancements. Assist with CRM hygiene enforcement and coaching. Develop reporting to enable ICs and managers to run their business effectively. Assess meeting/lead distribution for function, equality, and volume. Conduct book of business analysis for account coverage and growth.
