3+ years of experience on sales/revenue operations teams Comfortable navigating multiple, shifting priorities in a hyper-growth environment Experience with sales process, funnel, forecasting, pipeline management, etc. Preferred 2+ years of experience with Salesforce and SFDC reporting Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills Experience with data visualization tools such as Sigma, HEX, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders A desire to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and solve problems Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
