Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, focusing on complex technology solutions (preferably Data and AI). Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp technical concepts related to Data and AI. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. Propose tailored data and AI solutions to meet client needs. Lead negotiations and close sales to achieve revenue targets. Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales projections. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies. Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams. Act as a strategic advisor to leadership. Coordinate with senior leadership across departments. Oversee crucial projects from inception to completion. Serve as a point of communication for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and manage executive briefings, presentations, and meetings. Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
