Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales, focusing on complex technology solutions (Data and AI sector preferred). Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas. Strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp technical concepts related to Data and AI. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and industry events. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities. Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders. Propose tailored data and AI solutions to address client needs. Lead negotiations, overcome objections, and close sales. Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales projections. Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape. Collaborate with marketing, product management, and customer success teams. Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO. Coordinate with senior leadership across departments. Take charge of crucial projects from inception to completion. Serve as a communication hub for internal and external stakeholders. Prepare and manage executive briefings, presentations, and meetings. Lead by example, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
