APAC Sourcing Senior Consultant - Sourcing + Real Estate + Facilities Management

Prior experience in a related Consulting, Strategic Sourcing, Facilities Management / Real Estate or Project Management role Analytical experience, ability to train, mentor and lead project teams Insight into local APAC region vendors, market knowledge, pricing and contract terms Facilities Management and Real Estate Procurement expertise Experience in the Procurement Lifecycle (requirements gathering → RFI/RFP/ITB → negotiation → contracting → vendor governance) Ability to think strategically and identify critical business issues Experience conducting financial analysis and research Exceptional analytic skills and experience conducting quantitative and qualitative data analysis Capacity to prioritize workload in order to meet deadlines Ability to build trust as both a mentor and a valuable resource within the project team Exceptional business acumen, presence and interpersonal/communication skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Supply Chain or Management Information Systems required Experience supporting professional services (law firm/finance) clients preferred 7+ years of relevant experience in industry or consulting team-oriented environment with a focus on strategic sourcing, process improvement, project management and/or financial analysis required MBA and/or PMP (or similar certifications) highly desirable Experience conducting real estate projects, including sourcing landlords, architects, brokers, advisors, construction contractors AV vendors, etc. Familiarity with APAC recruiting agencies and practices Live in Singapore

Provide procurement services in the APAC region Facilitate requirements gathering, research best practices, leverage market data Conduct data analysis to implement cost savings and process improvements Play a key role in real estate projects in the APAC region Implement and utilize a preferred vendor pool across the region Facilitate all stages of the procurement function from sourcing to vendor management Support and manage all aspects of projects, including mentoring junior team members Provide services across categories including benefits, recruiting, technology, real estate, office operations Strengthen contract negotiation and compliance Conduct supply market analysis, vendor risk assessment, and be aware of regional regulations Consider ESG, supplier diversity, and sustainability practices
