Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant sales experience
- At least 3 years in a supervisory role
- Proven B2B/B2C sales experience
- Proven experience in sales within the United States market
- Fluent English (C1-C2) is mandatory
- Experience in managing and optimizing CRM systems
- Experience in building a sales department from the ground up
- Digitally savvy
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast
- Highly organized and capable of working independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong negotiation abilities and team collaboration
- Results-driven, accountable, and effective in managing change
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Analyze current sales statistics and metrics
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to team members
- Coordinate daily trading activities
- Participate in the recruitment and training of new team members
- Collaborate with senior management to improve and develop the sales department
- Market analysis
