Requirements:
Solid experience recruiting for technical and engineering roles in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong sourcing skills, especially with passive technical talent. Ability to operate with urgency while maintaining a high bar for quality. Clear communication, strong judgment, and ability to influence hiring managers and leaders. Comfort working through ambiguity and adapting quickly as priorities shift. Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) and modern recruiting tools. Start-up DNA.
Responsibilities:
Run full-cycle recruiting for Technical and Engineering roles: sourcing, outreach, interviews, feedback, and closing. Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build recruiting plans. Write compelling job descriptions to attract talent. Source passive candidates using creative strategies, technical communities, and industry networks. Deliver a fast, high-quality candidate experience. Maintain accurate pipelines and metrics in Greenhouse and use data to improve speed and quality. Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
