Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years strong program management experience managing multiple workstreams Consulting experience with M&A integration activities across several functional areas (operations, product, engineering, finance/acctg or human resources) Prior Oil & Gas industry experience Expert PPT and Excel skills Experience with merger integrations is highly desired Proven knowledge of program management methodology such as Agile, scrum Strong leadership, stakeholder, and management skills, including executive presence Good knowledge of resource allocation procedures Excellent oral and written communications skills Ability to think critically and process information quickly Strong analytical, documentation and reporting skills are desired Direct hands-on proficiency with Advanced Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar PMP certification is desired MBA is preferred
Responsibilities:
Develop program structure for M&A integration activities Develop project plans and status reporting Perform daily program management throughout the program life cycle Document program and project deliverables using PMI, PMP methodology Plan and monitor complex programs and multiple workstreams Integrate business policies and governance processes Establish risk management and escalation paths Build and manage program budget, actuals, and forecast Schedule, facilitate, and lead program meetings Create and manage stakeholder communication Identify and report program KPIs Coordinate and monitor workflow of cross-functional teams Perform quality assurance checks on project artifacts Align deliverables to program/project outcomes Own overall integrated project plan and support cross-functional resources Exercise informed judgment and discretion
