Partner Enablement Specialist

Proven experience in content development, training, or enablement, preferably in a B2B or partner-facing role. Strong editorial skills and an eye for detail in documentation and presentation design. Experience managing content within a Learning Management System (LMS) or knowledge base platform. Ability to translate technical and process information into simple, executable steps. Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple content pipelines simultaneously. Minimum 15 Mbps primary internet connection and 10 Mbps backup internet connection. Desktop or laptop with Intel Core i5 (8th gen+) or i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5, and 8 GB RAM. Functional backup device meeting or exceeding Intel Core i3 performance and functional during power interruptions. A functioning webcam. A noise-canceling USB headset. A quiet, dedicated home office space. A smartphone for communication and verification purposes.

Develop, curate, and maintain platform training materials. Manage the central partner resource library. Manage version control and updates for partner-facing documents.
