5-8 years of enterprise software sales experience, with proven success selling into large Services accounts. 2-3+ years of experience selling software to Consumer Business Services companies. Industry knowledge and strong network with channel partners (Salesforce). Experience with Salesforce, selling end-to-end implementations. Experience selling complex technology solutions. Strong executive presence and customer-facing communication skills. B.A./B.S. degree.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, creating pipeline, qualification, evaluation, close, and account management. Partner with the Salesforce sales and customer success organizations. Act as the "quarterback" with customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates. Drive pipeline and meet sales targets. Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO. Maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce. Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely responses. Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications.
