Responsibilities:
Manage lead management, pipeline creation, qualification, evaluation, and closing of deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Partner with Salesforce sales and customer success organizations. Act as the primary point of contact for customers and Salesforce employees. Meet sales targets and high-growth objectives. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and CEO on market opportunities. Maintain lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce. Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely responses. Acquire and maintain applicable Salesforce Certifications.
