Manage all aspects of the sales process including lead management, creating pipeline, qualification, evaluation, close, and account management. Partner with the Salesforce sales and customer success organizations. Act as the "quarterback" with customers, Salesforce employees, and internal teammates. Drive pipeline and meet sales targets. Partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and the CEO. Maintain updated lead follow-up, tasks, pipeline, and forecasting in Salesforce. Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely responses. Acquire and maintain all applicable Salesforce Certifications.
