0-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field. Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus. Basic knowledge of customer success tools (e.g., ChurnZero, Gainsight) is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, with the ability to manage a portfolio of accounts and prioritize tasks. Problem-solving mindset. Eagerness to develop and grow in the customer success space.
