B2B Sales Agent (Belgrade)

Fluent English (C1 or higher) Minimum 2 years of sales experience in an English-speaking or U.S.-focused market (B2B preferred) Strong background in outbound sales and cold outreach Based in Serbia with availability to work across U.S. time zones (PST–EST) Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Experience using CRM systems and modern sales tools Strong discipline in remote work, self-organization, and time tracking

Conduct outbound B2B sales outreach to distributors, retailers, and cigar shops across the U.S. Build and manage a sales pipeline — from prospecting to follow-up, negotiation, and closing. Present product catalogs, pricing, and brand stories to potential partners. Maintain accurate CRM records and follow structured outreach and follow-up cycles. Coordinate virtual meetings, discovery calls, and product presentations. Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, operations, distribution) to support order processing. Provide ongoing market insights and feedback to help refine sales strategy. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned with growth goals. Ensure excellent communication and relationship-building with all B2B partners.
