Requirements:
7+ years of experience in Product Management. At least 2+ years focused specifically on digital health, telehealth, or clinical products. Proven experience building and optimizing two-sided platforms. Deep functional understanding of clinical or highly regulated workflows. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and patient data privacy requirements. Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and influence skills.
Responsibilities:
Define and own the product roadmap for the member-facing mobile app experience. Spearhead the strategy and delivery of internal provider companion tools. Ensure seamless technical and user-experience handoff between member app and provider tools. Partner with teams to integrate evidence-based practices and ensure compliance. Manage product requirements for integrating mobile app and provider tools with backend systems. Define and track key engagement, operational, and clinical metrics.
