Responsibilities:
Review medical record requests for accuracy and completeness. Validate sensitive documentation against quality standards. Serve as the final checkpoint for record delivery. Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing documentation. Utilize AI systems for medical summaries and insights. Validate, correct, and refine AI-generated clinical outputs. Apply medical knowledge to ensure accuracy in documentation. Provide feedback to improve AI-generated summaries. Identify and escalate deficiencies or missing pieces in retrieved records. Communicate clinical gaps, corrections, and QA issues. Collaborate with teams to resolve discrepancies. Document and track issues. Provide feedback to improve AI models and operational tools. Work with product and engineering teams to enhance workflows. Report recurring errors or trends for system refinement.
