Requirements:
5+ years of experience in federal contracting, vendor-side contracting, procurement support, or related roles. Strong understanding of government contracting fundamentals. High level of comfort with technology, modern SaaS tooling, automation, and AI-driven workflows. Demonstrated attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational rigor. Experience preparing or supporting pricing volumes, proposals, or contract packages. Ability to work self-managed, collaborate across functions, and make sound, pragmatic decisions. Experience with federal agencies (VA, CMS, etc.) (Preferred). Experience with CLM or CRM platforms (e.g., Unanet, Salesforce-based CLMs, TechnoMile, similar tooling) (Preferred). Familiarity with finance/accounting processes or working directly with financial teams (Preferred). Experience in a COR, contract specialist, contracting officer, procurement analyst, or vendor-side contracts role (Preferred). Experience supporting digital services or agile teams (Preferred).
Responsibilities:
Manage federal, state, and partner contracts and subcontracts. Maintain contract records in CLM/CRM tool. Prepare and route contract awards and agreements for signature. Coordinate contract-related communications. Support contract management tooling implementation. Ensure contract records are audit-ready. Manage compliance artifacts. Align contractual obligations with internal processes. Support internal contract reviews and audits. Oversee conflict-of-interest requirements. Partner with Finance on journal entries, tie-outs, invoicing, and reconciliation. Ensure financial accuracy and reporting alignment. Provide visibility into obligations and funding. Prepare pricing volumes and proposal documentation. Support proposal teams with contract interpretation. Collaborate on pricing structure alignment. Serve as persona lead for Contracts in technology ecosystem. Configure and optimize contract tooling. Leverage automation and AI/LLM for contract summaries. Contribute to automated contract workflows. Work with Strategy, Market Development, Finance, Operations, and Delivery. Provide contracting insights and risk assessments. Promote clear communication. Explore contractual infrastructure expansion. Evaluate SBIR programs, contract vehicles, and OTAs. Assess opportunities for productizing services. Identify and operationalize new contractual mechanisms.
