7+ years in Revenue Strategy, Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, or Strategic Sales Operations within a high-growth environment Demonstrated ability to shape GTM strategy and partner directly with executives Strong strategic and commercial acumen with a track record of architecting or transforming revenue engines Deep experience in forecasting, scenario modeling, and navigating dynamic or complex revenue structures Exceptional analytical skills Proven ability to operate autonomously, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead initiatives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and related GTM platforms Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities:
Define and evolve Archive’s revenue strategy Serve as a strategic advisor to GTM and executive leadership Own company-wide forecasting and performance management Design and refine Archive’s sales model Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives Identify emerging patterns across the revenue engine Establish scalable processes, data standards, and operating rhythms Set the strategic direction for revenue systems Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and insights Partner closely with Product, Growth, Operations, and Brand Success
