Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, including pipeline management, workflow optimization, and sales enablement practices. Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards in AWS QuickSight, Excel, or similar tools, and translate insights into impactful recommendations. Proven track record in streamlining sales workflows, optimizing cross-functional processes, and supporting global or multi-regional sales operations. Experience managing analysts or small teams, with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. Passion for the crypto ecosystem, combined with an eagerness to learn and stay current with industry trends. Personal or professional involvement in local crypto communities and a strong affinity for crypto-native values and principles.
Responsibilities:
Oversee CRM and GTM infrastructure, ensuring high adoption, strong data quality, accurate pipeline management, and efficient workflow automation. Optimize institutional GTM workflows in partnership with Operations, Compliance, and Product. Lead sales analytics by developing dashboards, producing performance insights, and supporting forecasting, scenario planning, and territory coverage strategies. Support sales enablement by creating playbooks, client-facing collateral, and battlecards while maintaining pipeline governance. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product teams to align metrics, reporting frameworks, and operational goals. Mentor and supervise a team of analysts, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities.
