Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce or HubSpot, including pipeline management, workflow optimization, and sales enablement practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to build dashboards in AWS QuickSight, Excel, or similar tools.
- Proven track record in streamlining sales workflows, optimizing cross-functional processes, and supporting global or multi-regional sales operations.
- Experience managing analysts or small teams, with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
- Passion for the crypto ecosystem and eagerness to learn industry trends.
- Personal or professional involvement in local crypto communities and a strong affinity for crypto-native values and principles.
- Bonus: experience with institutional-grade crypto products, financial services, or institutional client onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Oversee CRM and GTM infrastructure, ensuring high adoption, strong data quality, accurate pipeline management, and efficient workflow automation.
- Optimize institutional GTM workflows in partnership with Operations, Compliance, and Product.
- Lead sales analytics by developing dashboards, producing performance insights, and supporting forecasting.
- Support sales enablement by creating playbooks, client-facing collateral, and battlecards.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product teams to align metrics and operational goals.
- Mentor and supervise a team of analysts.
