Oversee CRM and GTM infrastructure, ensuring adoption, data quality, pipeline management, and workflow automation. Optimize GTM workflows in partnership with Operations, Compliance, and Product. Lead sales analytics by developing dashboards, producing performance insights, and supporting forecasting. Support sales enablement by creating playbooks, collateral, and battlecards, and maintaining pipeline governance. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, BizOps, Finance, and Product teams to align metrics and operational goals. Mentor and supervise a team of analysts.
