Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. English proficiency, fluency in another language (Spanish is a bonus). 4+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing. Experience in B2B SaaS or startup environments is preferred. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, Salesloft) and digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn). Strong project management skills. Excellent copywriting, communication, and collaboration skills. Data-driven mindset.
