Conduct daily outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and determine fit Collect property and market data to support sales opportunities Maintain accurate CRM records inside Zoho Research property management companies, developers, and portfolios Build and organize segmented prospect lists Prepare notes, context, and background for scheduled meetings Support follow-ups and nurturing for early-stage leads Track daily/weekly activity and share updates with leadership Collaborate with the VP of Sales and internal teams for smooth handoffs
