Ability to think strategically and collaboratively solve complex business problems Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex ideas simply Natural curiosity and a structured approach to working with data Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) Experience from an MBB (McKinsey, Bain, BCG), Big 4, or another recognised strategy firm is a plus Flexible schedule that allows for a consistent daily overlap with US business hours 5+ years in an advisor-style role or similar professional services environment (for Senior Candidates) Experience leading client conversations and providing high-level guidance (for Senior Candidates) A track record of guiding small teams or mentoring others to deliver great work (for Senior Candidates)

Support client projects with deep research and data analysis Create financial models, perform market sizing, and conduct competitive benchmarking Transform complex information into clear, logical, and actionable business solutions Manage workstreams and timelines to ensure timely delivery Communicate complex findings through clear, simple, and visually compelling presentations
