At least 3 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Business Development, or similar. Ability to run prospect meetings independently and handle sales cycles. Strong understanding of HubSpot beyond basic user skills. Clear, confident English (C1/C2). Experience working with US clients. High level of organization and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Familiarity with AI tools or workflow automations is a plus.
