7-10+ years in eCommerce or digital merchandising, ideally in a fast-paced DTC or CPG environment. Deep Shopify experience (5+ years), including working with custom templates and integrations. Strong command of eComm KPIs: conversion, bounce, AOV, CLTV, cart abandonment, site speed, etc. Experience owning digital merchandising strategy and testing frameworks (e.g., A/B, multivariate). Confident in analyzing performance data and distilling insights into action. Collaborative, solutions-oriented, and comfortable operating in a rapidly evolving environment. Subscription experience (e.g., ReCharge, Stay, Skio) is a plus. Familiarity with UX best practices and digital design principles.
