Develop and execute sales plan to grow the Chicago Metro market. Build and execute weekly, monthly, quarterly plans to achieve market goals. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key retailers. Represent Schilling Cider at festivals, dinners, tastings, and events. Increase distribution while educating retailers, restaurateurs, and consumers. Call on existing accounts for new distribution, promotions, and market share. Develop new business to increase volume, distribution, and share. Identify and sell/execute retail opportunities. Ensure proper merchandising of product and point-of-sale materials. Generate sales by maintaining/increasing shelf facings and positioning. Coordinate events and promotions for brand awareness and sales stimulation. Execute monthly Chain Account opportunities. Communicate with distributor partners regarding retail opportunities and authorizations. Provide feedback to Chain Account and Marketing teams. Accomplish sales goals. Coordinate and conduct General Sales Meetings with wholesaler channel teams. Compile and submit reports on assigned area and market information. Keep business calendar up to date and scheduled 60 days out. Utilize sales tools effectively. Recap weekly accomplishments. Communicate chain activity, new item launches, and incentive opportunities. Pivot distributor management aspects based on business needs. Coordinate with wholesaler on commitment closure opportunities.
