Develop and implement product vision, strategy, and roadmap for personalization foundations, search and discovery relevance, and languages and localization. Strengthen member trust through responsible and transparent personalization practices. Work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Science, and Content teams. Define and analyze key metrics to identify trends and report on organic growth performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to data integrity, search algorithms, and personalization logic. Streamline workflows for content localization and enhance team efficiency in implementing A/B tests and growth loops.
