Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar in a large-scale enterprise. Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD) are ideal. 3-5 years of relevant experience. Strong background in ServiceNow development and platform ownership. Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, modules, and integration capabilities (ITSM, CSM, SAM, HAM). Exposure to AWS DevOps and cloud integrations (AWS services, Teams, Jira, Dynamics 365) is preferred. Extensive hands-on development experience in ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide API, scripting best practices, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and orchestration. Service Portal development and UI customization experience. Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer) is preferred. Expertise in managing platform upgrades, release cycles, and operational governance. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and defining platform strategy. Proven track record of delivering platform improvements aligned with business strategy.
