Develop and own the post-onboarding learning journey for Commercial Sales and Business Development Representative Teams. Own change management end to end for enablement programs. Design, implement, and optimize learning programs including technical enablement, leadership development, and first 90-day programs. Partner with subject-matter experts to build and maintain training content. Identify skills gaps using data and feedback to recommend development plans. Facilitate enablement sessions and workshops. Measure program effectiveness using KPIs and feedback, and iterate for improvement. Design and implement competency frameworks and certification paths.
