Principal Software Engineer

Proven record (10+ years) of delivery of multiple complex software development projects or products. Hands-on experience with front-end and back-end web technologies (Python, Java, React). Strong architectural understanding of modern Cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure). Deep architectural understanding of web applications (performance, quality, security). Strong foundational understanding of SQL and relational database concepts. Familiarity with NoSQL is a plus. Ability to decompose complex problems into well-described, realistic-to-estimate tasks. Desire and ability to mentor other team members. Working English proficiency.

Implement strategic goals and establish operational plans. Develop and implement new features, processes, or standards. Conduct extensive investigation to understand root causes of problems. Deliver large, complex project initiatives. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to other employees. Contribute to accelerating product delivery, quality, and evolution. Cooperate closely with Designers, Product Managers, Team Managers, Support and Sales. Uphold engineering excellence through pair programming, code reviews, and automated testing. Suggest and implement improvements proactively.
