Qualified lawyer (Australia) with at least 3 years’ post qualification experience Experience ideally from a medical, technology, digital health, or fast growth company Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Able to produce legally sound and practical advice Pragmatic and able to focus on what matters Technically curious and able to learn new systems and tools quickly Interested in or willing to upskill in understanding advanced technical concepts such as LLMs and generative AI Able to context switch efficiently across diverse legal areas Exceptional communicator Passionate about AI, digital health, compliance, and the future of care delivery

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements Provide clear, practical legal advice Work across technology, privacy, health law, employment/HR, leasing, and commercial legal areas Support product development and regulatory strategy involving AI and LLMs Partner with engineering and product teams Assist with global expansion by navigating jurisdiction-specific legal and regulatory requirements Lead or contribute to DPIAs, PIAs, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions Support certification efforts and respond to due diligence and security reviews Draft and maintain internal policies and support governance processes Support fundraising and investor-related activities Represent Heidi at external events Manage external legal counsel Mentor and guide junior team members
