Qualified lawyer (Australia) with at least 3 years post qualification experience Experience from medical, technology, digital health, or fast growth company preferred Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments Ability to produce legally sound and practical advice Pragmatic and able to focus on critical issues Technically curious and able to learn new systems quickly Interested in or willing to upskill in advanced technical concepts (LLMs, generative AI) Able to context switch efficiently across diverse legal areas Exceptional communicator, translating complexity into clear guidance Passionate about AI, digital health, compliance, and care delivery

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements Provide practical legal advice balancing risk and operations Work across technology, privacy, health law, employment/HR, leasing, and commercial areas Support product development and regulatory strategy for AI/LLMs Translate technical concepts into legal implications Assist with global expansion and regulatory requirements Lead or contribute to DPIAs, PIAs, risk assessments, and regulatory submissions Support certification efforts and respond to due diligence Draft internal policies and support governance Support fundraising and investor activities Represent Heidi at external events Manage external legal counsel Mentor junior team members
