4-7 years of experience in execution-focused demand generation or performance marketing roles Hands-on experience with major martech platforms (e.g., HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce, ABM tools, email automation platforms, analytics tools) Strong analytical and technical skills Demonstrated ability to build and launch campaigns quickly while maintaining quality and strategic intent Experience developing nurture programs, managing digital channels, and executing ABM tactics Ability to balance scrappiness with operational rigor
