Build 'playbooks', email templates, and meeting frameworks. Leverage engagement and product data to identify growth opportunities and flag risk. Develop creative strategies to increase customer engagement and advocacy. Conduct market research. Generate pipeline through prospecting and outbounding. Report and maintain accurate forecasts. Maintain and update account information in Salesforce. Monitor license usage and identify expansion/upsell opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, CS) to communicate customer feedback. Present insights to senior leadership. Travel regularly to support events or customer meetings.
