Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in organization development, Learning & development with a focus on business strategy and change management. Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational development initiatives, strategic learning and development initiatives that drive business results. Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics and strategy. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with organizational assessment tools and methodologies, learning management systems and e-learning platforms is a plus.
