Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical practice management. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CMS). Experience in financial management (budgeting, billing, revenue cycle). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
