Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical practice management. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, CMS). Experience in financial management (budgeting, billing, revenue cycle). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in EHR, practice management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with managing people and teams. Strong understanding of physician practice regulations and workflows.
