Experience in the Product area with additional experience as a Senior Product Manager position, preferably in the payments domain Proficient in agile product development methodologies and tools Ability to identify core issues, describe them as problem statements and effectively break them down into actionable steps Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (up to C-level) A strategic mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences Demonstrate a proactive approach to taking charge of product domain and the ability to work autonomously
