Copywriters, Recruitment Marketing (Remote, Contract)

Exceptional recruitment-focused writing skills. Proven experience developing recruitment marketing materials, including EVPs, career site content, social media posts, LinkedIn and Indeed campaigns, recruiter toolkits, job postings, recruitment presentations, and creative ad copy. Strong capability in writing talent-attraction video and podcast scripts. Experience supporting talent attraction across all job levels. Understanding of recruitment needs across multiple job families and industries. Cross-industry experience, particularly within financial services, retail, and manufacturing. Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and client-side stakeholders. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Partner with clients to develop their talent story and EVP into practical Recruitment Marketing content. Write high-impact recruitment content, including job postings, ads, career site copy, recruiter toolkits, email and social content, and presentations. Craft authentic scripts for recruitment and employer brand videos and podcasts. Collaborate with creative, content, production, and digital teams. Contribute to employer brand insights and thought leadership.
