Proven capability to craft high-impact content, including culture narratives, organizational manifestos, employee value propositions, and scripts for talent- and culture-focused videos and podcasts. A track record of developing internal culture communications and programs. Demonstrated experience activating purpose, values, leadership behaviours, employee experience, EVP, and culture transformation initiatives across the talent lifecycle. Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills. A strategic mindset paired with strong creative instincts. Comfort operating in a fast-paced, collaborative, client-facing environment. Cross-industry exposure, particularly in financial services, retail, and manufacturing.
