Requirements:
2+ years of relevant marketing experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Proficiency with email marketing tools and campaign development (MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar) Email coding knowledge (HTML, CSS) Proficiency in using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms Proficiency with Canva and design programs (Adobe InDesign and Illustrator) Excellent copywriting skills Experience writing for SEO Understanding of survey management tools (e.g., Survey Monkey) Solid understanding of project management software (e.g., Asana, JIRA) Strong analytical skills to optimize funnel performance Ability to learn new skills, identify solutions, and resolve issues Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and meet deadlines Highly organized with great attention to detail Positive attitude, creative, and innovative mindset Must love pets
Responsibilities:
Optimize marketing channels for customer retention efforts Provide reporting on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Care, and IT teams Partner with external agencies on campaign development Identify data needs for personalization and dynamic content Leverage A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioral targeting Build segmentation, set up automations, and drive improvements in HubSpot Identify opportunities to improve retention rates via digital channels Build, maintain, and optimize email marketing campaigns Manage member stories, UGC highlights, and surprise and delight opportunities Manage content library for policyholder and claims communications Provide administrative support for specific areas like pet loss, claims, and social monitoring Manage and grow refer-a-friend program Support member initiatives for potential North American expansion Manage social media accounts, including content creation and comment management
