3-4 years of experience in a sales development or similar outbound commercial role Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and remote team environment Strong organizational and time management skills Self-motivated, results-driven, and eager to learn Ability to work autonomously and self-source solutions Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets in a quota-carrying role Experience with CRM systems and sales engagement tools is a plus Native/fluent in English + French
